Returns

Your satisfaction with the products you order is extremely important to us. You have 14 days to try out and test your purchases. 

 

Please note: you can only return products that are unused and fit for sale. The products must have the original swing tags attached. We do not accept returns which are stained, used or with animal hair, for example. 

 

We charge for returns, regardless of the delivery method used.

  1. Returns to our shop: free
  2. Finland: €3.90
  3. Abroad: the customer pays the postage for the return

 

When returning products from Finland, please do the following:

  1. Pack the product you are returning appropriately.
  2. Write our return address on the parcel:

  1. Take the parcel to a post office or Posti service point.

 

The parcel will be returned to us using a prepaid customer return ID. We will refund you the cost of your order, minus the return fee of €3.90. We will refund you once we receive the parcel.

 

If you only return part of an order and the total sum of the order is less than the sum that qualifies for free delivery, we will deduct a delivery and return fee of €7.80 from your refund.

 

When returning products from outside Finland, please do the following:

  1. Pack the product you are returning appropriately.
  2. Send the parcel to:

Please note: you are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to us. We will refund you once we receive the parcel. 

 

Exchanges

We can exchange a product for one of a different size for free. Please contact us at [email protected] or on +358 40 179 9667 before you return the product to us so we can ensure the size you want is in stock. 

 

The only way to exchange a product for a completely different product is to return it. Return the product as a normal return, and order a new one from our online shop. 

 

Claims

We always aim to deliver first-class products, but we sometimes make mistakes. If we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected] or on +358 40 179 9667. When correcting claims, we are responsible for both the costs of the return and the costs of sending any new replacement product.
